Everyone has a dream and so do I. And I am very happy because I have realized my dream before I run out of time. Currently, I am working as an Electronics Engineer in a multi-national company and at the same time a part-time Instructor in a university in the Philippines. Yes, my dream to become a Chef is far from being an engineer but I believe that GOD has given me the talent, the passion and the dream to become a chef that's why I am pursuing it.

It is stated in the book I have mentioned above and I know everyone agrees that one major factor to reach a dream is to have the passion for it. Keeping that passion continuously burning, I need to do something everyday in line with my dream. And that's the reason why I started this blog -- to become an instrument in reaching my dreams and at the same time to share the experiences and lessons I will be learning in this journey.

In this blog, I will be posting the food, the activities and other important things that I will do in order to reach my dream. Follow me and witness an ENGINEER becomes a CHEF - in pursuit of his passion and his dreams.
